Pear Tree (formerly Pear Tree Greetings) is a small, independent stationery provider that is part of Taylor Corporation's family of companies. Their product designs range from simple to beautifully intricate and can be personalized to match the occasion.
About the Project
In the wake of moving website platforms, Pear Tree needed assistance populating its website and optimizing Pear Tree's digital presence during its busiest quarter of the year. This involved adding, organizing, and optimizing their products on KalioCommerce CMS, building out a social media and blog calendar, and utilizing Pear Tree's brand and messaging guidelines to guide our design and copywriting work.
My team and I provided project management and resources to design and write content for a cross-channel marketing campaign. This included writing blog posts, publishing social media content on Buffer, monitoring web and social analytics, proofing and publishing blog posts on WordPress, performing influencer research and outreach, optimizing product content using SEO best practices, and providing ongoing customer service support.
This collaborative effort helped Pear Tree reach its sales targets for the quarter and provided a 14% increase in web conversion rates in Q4 2016.
